What is Gamably? +
Gamably is a gamification management web application built to help teachers or leaders design and run game‑style systems for their students or participants. You can create games, assign challenges, award XP or “coins,” use leaderboards, let participants redeem rewards or badges, and track progress — all within your own custom game.
Who can use Gamably? +
  • Managers / Administrators — those who create and manage the game (set up challenges, rewards, rules, etc.)
  • Players — those who participate in games, complete challenges, earn points or currency, and redeem rewards
How do I sign up / log in? +
  • You can register using an email address and password
  • Alternatively, you may use “Sign in with Google” (if enabled)
  • If you forget your password, you can use the “Forgot your password?” link to receive a reset email
What features does Gamably support? +
Some of the key features include:
  • Creating Games control themes, rules, and aspects of your game)
  • Defining Challenges / Quests for participants to complete
  • Awarding XP, Coins, Badges, Items, Rewards
  • Individual and Team Leaderboards to show rankings
  • A “Store” or redemption mechanism for earned currency
  • Secret codes, collectibles, and collections
  • Analytics and tracking of player progress and behavior rewards
  • Customization of everything above. Your Game, your elements!

Can I customize the look and feel? +
Yes. As a Manager, you can typically customize the visual style, branding, and all of the game elements so that your game matches your intended aesthetic or environment and can offer unique representations of you.
Are there usage limits or tiers (free vs paid)? +
This depends on your current plan. A free or basic tier may impose limits on the number of players, games, or advanced features; premium tiers unlock more capacity and all adavanced features. Enterprise allows the ability to create templated games or game elements for use across an organization as well as offering administrator management of games within the organization.
How do I add Players or invite participants? +
As a Manager, you can invite participants (students, users) via email or share a registration link/code. Players can then join your game and begin earning points right away.
What happens if a Player leaves or is removed? +
You (the Manager) have control to remove or disable a user’s participation. Players can be reinstated if the player returns or was accidentally removed.
How is data privacy handled? +
We take data privacy seriously, including student data. Please see our Privacy Policy to learn about data and privacy related to Gamably.
Can I export data or reports? +
Yes — as a Manager, you can export most game data such as player data, challenge completions, leaderboard standings, and login cards (if applicable).
What if I find a bug or something doesn’t work? +
  • Since Gamably is relatively new and we're always adding more, some features may not be fully functional
  • Use the “?” help widget to submit bug reports, feedback, or contact support
  • Include details: screenshots, what you tried, browser, device, etc.
  • We aim to fix issues as quickly as possible with minor updates
What browsers and devices are supported? +
  • Gamably is a web application, accessible via modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.)
  • It is mobile-friendly / responsive (usable on tablets and phones) and you can add the web app to the homescreen of your mobile device
  • Native app versions (iOS/Android) may come later
  • Older browsers may have reduced compatibility
Is there any cost or subscription required? +
  • Basic features are completely free
  • Advanced features require paid subscriptions
  • You can upgrade or contact sales for enterprise plans
  • Billing is handled via Stripe)
